lingua latina

Esto; Valeria est nerdia. Sed lingua Latina est verenda! :)

Cur est haec pagina viridis? Quod. Valeria putat viridis ubi putat de Romani. Nescit cur; modo facit. Pulchrane? Bene!

Si tibi placet, visitate has paginas meas. Sunt boni et eas amabis!

Et tenete in memoriam: Semper ubi sub ubi. =D

~ The Subjunctive Mood: It took Jenn awhile to learn subjunctives. So she made this chart up to help her. She now understands the subjunctive mood well enough to translate it.

~ Translation of Vergil's Aeneid: Okay, this is the result of my AP Latin class work.

~ Mors Aeneae: Postprincipium Aeneidis: This is entirely silly. Wrote it during IS Latin IV, with the help of fellow Latin IS'ers Clemens and Cronus.

~ Regius Canadianus Inducula-gerens Cervus-viri: More silliness. Ever watched Nickelodeon's "Ren and Stimpy"? Great cartoon. One of the episodes was the Royal Canadian Kilted Yaksmen, who had their own national anthem. I translated it.

~ The Battle of the Insults: Part One Part Two:  During Latin IV IS, Clemens and Valeria battled it out with handmade and original Latin insults. Not, for the most part, grammatically correct, or politically correct; in fact, most are quite vulgar. Part One is just sentences, while Part Two made a story.

~ Valeria's Useful, Fun, and Interesting Latin Phrases and Quotes: Just what it sounds like. :)

~ JCL: Hurrah for the junior classical league! of which I am a fifth year member. Yay me!

~ Creed Songs in Latin: Well, what do you think this is?
"Stand Here With Me" "Torn" "My Own Prison" "In America"

~ The Anthem from Chess translated into Latin: Yeah, I do a lot of translating. Go look at Rue Pontoise; there're a few passages from LM translated into Latin sitting over there. All right, I'll be nice...

~ Passages from Les Miserables in Latin: there! happy?
